We are looking for an outstanding Sales Advisor who will be the first point of contact for customer inquires and information about the parts. An excellent
AutoParts Sales Advisor
must be energetic with excellent interpersonal skills. As well as be able to acquire knowledge of the company's products and pass that knowledge to customers along with a great deal of enthusiasm. To succeed, interest must be placed in learning and evolving knowledge on car parts.
The goal is to facilitate sales in every possible way in order to drive sustainable growth whilst providing excellent customer service.
Roles And Responsibilities:
Proactively handling calls and closing the sale in a timely manner.
Upsell a sale increasing the value of the sale whenever possible.
Sells products and/or services to repair the problem and meet the customer's
needs.
Maintain customer goodwill by greeting and acknowledge all customers he/she
comes in contact with.
Focus on meeting daily targets and maintaining low returns.
Handling inquires and resolving customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Working independently and within a team to exceed daily target.
Attends trainings or meetings as prescribed by management to maintain proficiency in his/her job description.
Reporting and completing all tasks given by direct line manager.
Be reliable and supportive to your customers in order to progress and develop sales.
Good understanding of catalogue.
Skills And Experience:
Looking for passionate and experienced salesperson with great communication skills and the ability to develop customer relationships.
Proficient speaking in Punjabi language is must.
High levels of focus, energy and drive
Willingness to learn and develop
Ability to interpret customer needs
Basic computer skills
AutoParts or similar industry experience.
Education:
GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:
2+ years of customer service experience preferred
Work Hours:
Monday to Friday 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm (Flexible) and every alternative Saturday.
