We are looking for a skilled and motivated
Audio Visual Engineer
to join their growing team. This role offers the chance to work on a variety of projects across the UK, installing and supporting cutting-edge AV technology.
Key Responsibilities
Install, configure and maintain a range of AV equipment including projectors, interactive displays, video conferencing systems and sound systems
Carry out site surveys to assess installation requirements and recommend solutions
Diagnose and resolve technical issues, providing on-site and remote support
Work closely with clients to ensure systems are installed and operating to a high standard
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver projects on time and within scope
Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies
Follow health and safety regulations during all installations and service work
Skills and Experience
Proven experience in AV installation, maintenance and support
Strong knowledge of AV systems such as video conferencing, digital signage, projection and audio distribution
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively
Familiarity with brands such as Biamp, Yealink, AMX or Crestron (or similar) is desirable
Strong communication and customer service skills
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Full UK driving licence
Desirable Qualifications
CTS (Certified Technology Specialist) or equivalent
Electrical or networking qualifications
Experience programming control systems (e.g. Crestron, AMX)
