Av Service Engineer
Job Description
We are looking for an Audio Visual Service Engineer to join our growing AV department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for remote and on site support of our installed audio visual and conferencing systems. The role includes planned maintenance of all audio, visual and control hardware and software systems. You must have prior experience as an installer and keen to work in a hands-on environment. The role is a mixture of remote support as well as on site support and requires a good level of IT and AV software knowledge. The role includes SLA management and customer liaison.
Industry training will be supported financially by Runtech, which will contribute to your career and personal development. This role is full-time, based in London. NOTE: Salary will be based on the candidates knowledge and experience.

Main duties and responsibilities
SLA Management Customer Engagement - Client demos Remote Support using ZOOM/TEAMS/PHONE Management of Freshdesk On site technical support - diagnosing and attempting repair of technical faults. RMA co-ordination and Logistics. Asset management Reporting - following on site events Site Surveys
Skills required
Prior installation experience working with commercial AV products and brands such as Logitech, Yealink, Extron, Biamp and Crestron. Experience in the audio visual industry is essential Strong communication skills Desire to learn and develop new skills Proactive attitude Strong IT knowledge

Pay: 30,000.00-35,000.00 per year
