We are looking for an Audio Visual Service Engineer to join our growing AV department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for remote and on site support of our installed audio visual and conferencing systems. The role includes planned maintenance of all audio, visual and control hardware and software systems. You must have prior experience as an installer and keen to work in a hands-on environment. The role is a mixture of remote support as well as on site support and requires a good level of IT and AV software knowledge. The role includes SLA management and customer liaison.
