Job Summary

An extremely organised individual; you will be responsible for the day to day operation of all elements of the warehouse and keep a meticulous eye on the equipment preparation & maintenance.

Working within the company's Operations Team, this key role takes overall responsibility for the operation of the company's warehouse; covering equipment, procedures and management of the personnel. The role is hands-on and requires a high level of involvement in the delivery of the company's services, coupled with the management and leadership elements of the position.

Duties

Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. Manage the logistics of incoming and outgoing equipment. Utilise warehouse management systems to track inventory levels and orders effectively. Supervise warehouse staff, providing training and support to enhance performance and productivity. Implement continuous improvement strategies to streamline processes and reduce operational costs. Maintain accurate records of inventory, equipment maintenance, and operational procedures.

Qualifications

Proven experience in warehouse management within the AV Sector. Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead a team effectively. Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives within a warehouse environment. Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong working knowledge of Current RMS Forklift License Driving License

Pay: 28,000.00-38,000.00 per year
