We are looking for a self-motivated, target-driven Area Sales Manager in the Midlands region. You'll be the face of our brand to key Merchant customers - hunting for new opportunities, nurturing existing accounts, and delivering commercial wins that matter.

To apply for this position, you will ideally reside in, or within very close proximity of, the region as regular travel is expected to maintain and build strong trusted relationships with our customers in that area.
You will be based from home, with occasional visits to our Head Office in Shefford, Bedfordshire.
What You'll Be Doing:
Hunting new business: Identify and close new merchant opportunities to drive sales growth
Growing key relationships: Build trust and loyalty across a network of influential merchant contacts
Owning your patch: Plan and execute your territory strategy with full autonomy
Becoming the expert: Understand customer pain points and deliver real, solution-based value
What You Bring:
Strong experience in the construction or building materials industry (sales background a big plus)
A passion for selling, a hunter's mindset and a desire to exceed targets
Exceptional communication skills - you're a natural at opening doors and closing deals
Commercial savvy - you understand the sales cycle and how to win trust and business
Able to work independently, manage a pipeline and juggle multiple priorities
Valid UK driving licence and willingness to travel the region
Comfortable with CRM tools and digital sales processes (training provided where needed)
