Project description
Trafigura, a longstanding DXC client, are evaluating the commercials of migrating their Murex environments to AWS.
In line with the AWS Migration Acceleration Program (MAP), DXC are engaged to build the business case for the project under the MAP Assess phase.

Responsibilities
Understand the current TCO, and AWS TCO, for Trafigura's Murex environments.
Complete a MAP Assessment for Trafigura looking at the complexity, delivery cost and run cost for their Murex deployment in AWS.
Work with Trafigura teams to map out the architecture and potential issues with migrating Murex to AWS.
Produce a MAP Assess Outcome Report and an AWS Migration Business Case document.
