We're a small, UK-based company offering a full suite of flexible business support services to B2B consultants and SMEs. Our clients are busy professionals, who need a trusted helping hand with admin, data, research, and content.

Right now, we're growing our content team and we're looking for a freelance B2B Content Creator.

We're seeking someone who's genuinely obsessed with content and wants to create the most compelling, thoughtful work possible. If you're creative, love crafting content, and are passionate about raising the bar - we want to hear from you!

What you'll do



You'll work closely with our senior team to create standout content for our clients.

In this role, you'll:



Write across a range of formats -

including white papers, case studies, blogs, thought leadership articles, email campaigns, and social media posts

Turn complex and technical topics into compelling content

Adapt tone of voice -

writing for different clients, industries, audiences, and platforms

Conduct thorough research -

ensuring all content is credible and rooted in subject matter understanding

Create visuals/videos using Canva -

it would be fantastic if you also have experience with Adobe Creative Suite!

Understand how to use social media platforms (especially LinkedIn!) and email campaign tools such as MailChimp, HubSpot, etc.

Contribute creatively -

helping shape campaign ideas and bringing fresh thinking to content strategy

Reflect brand values and messaging -

ensuring consistency across all content

Work both independently and collaboratively

Contribute enthusiastically to the team and business as a whole


IMPORTANT -

As a small team, we all wear a few hats so while content is your main focus, you will be asked to support light admin tasks related to content. This might involve scheduling content, community management, editing templates etc.

Who we're looking for



Someone who's genuinely passionate about content - not just ticking boxes, but creating work that's thoughtful, polished, and engaging. You don't need to have decades of experience, but you should understand what makes great B2B content, be keen to keep learning, and be able to accept a brief and hit the ground running.(with support).

You'll be a great fit if you:



Have

1-2 years of B2B content experience

(freelance or in-house - both count!) Can share a

portfolio

of written and visual work that showcases your B2B experience or understanding See content creation as a

craft

, not just a task - you care about clarity, tone, and adding value Have a

strong eye for quality and consistency

, even when things get busy Are a confident

communicator and team player

Don't mind

pitching in beyond your job description

when needed
This role is ideal for someone with a solid foundation in content and a real hunger to develop, we'll support you with the rest.

Lastly, we're AI curious, meaning that we explore tools where they add value, but

we're committed to creating content that feels human, thoughtful and REAL.

We're looking for someone with AI literacy who can use it as a tool but not a crutch!
