Full-time | Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:00

Salary:

25,000 - 30,000 per annum (DOE)

About the Role

RGH-Global is working with a long-established UK-based importer and distributor to find a talented B2B Digital Marketing Executive. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a market-leading business and take ownership of digital campaigns that drive real results.

What You'll Be Doing

Campaign Management - Plan and execute multi-channel digital campaigns (email, social, PPC, SEO, display). Social media - Grow and engage audiences across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and X. Email Marketing - Create segmented campaigns using Mailchimp to nurture leads and retain clients. Content Creation - Write blogs, newsletters, and social posts, support with product photography and video. Website & SEO - Maintain and optimise websites using Adobe Commerce and CMS platforms. Analytics - Use GA4, Google Analytics, and Meta Business Suite to track performance and improve ROI. Collaboration - Work with sales, design, and e-commerce teams to align marketing with business goals. Branding - Ensure all content is on-brand and consistent across channels. Innovation - Stay ahead of digital trends and suggest new strategies.

What We're Looking For

Experience in multi-channel digital marketing (B2B preferred). Degree or qualification in Marketing/Digital Marketing (preferred). Strong knowledge of social media, PPC, SEO, email, and content marketing. Proficiency in GA4, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp/Klaviyo, and CMS platforms. Excellent copywriting and content creation skills. Adobe Creative Suite skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); photography/video editing a plus. Analytical mindset with strong data interpretation skills. Organised, proactive, and detail oriented.
