Scope
As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will work closely with the Marketing Director and Digital Marketing Manager to develop, execute, and optimize digital marketing strategies. Your role will involve content creation for social media, website maintenance, content management, and assisting with digital campaigns. Additionally, you will play a key role in producing email templates, advertising content, and case studies, as well as support in organizing UK and international events, exhibitions, and multimedia shoots.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Content Creation:
Develop and manage content for our social media channels, ensuring alignment with brand voice and goals.
Website Maintenance and Optimization:
Update and enhance the company's website to improve user experience, SEO performance, and conversion rates.
Case Study Development:
Write compelling case studies that showcase our products' success and impact within various industries.
Digital Campaign Support:
Assist with digital marketing campaigns, including developing email marketing templates, paid advertising assets, and optimizing campaigns for performance.
Event and Exhibition Support:
Provide on-site assistance during exhibitions and events in the UK and abroad, including setting up booths and managing marketing materials.
Photography and Videography Support:
Assist with coordinating and executing photo and video shoots to create engaging visual content.
Required Skills and Experience:
Demonstrable experience in digital marketing, preferably within a B2B setting.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.), Canva, and other design tools.
Familiarity with CRM systems and e-marketing platforms for managing campaigns and analysing performance.
Strong written communication skills, with experience in copywriting for digital platforms.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, managing multiple tasks with attention to detail.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
Foreign language skills would be advantageous
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of SEO best practices and website analytics (e.g., Google Analytics).
Experience in the manufacturing or safety equipment sector is a plus.
A degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is advantageous.
