The Role

We're looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team as a B2B Growth Coordinator. This is a perfect opportunity for someone looking to start or restart their career in digital marketing. Full training will be provided on all tools and processes.

What You'll Do:

Execute LinkedIn and email outreach campaigns for B2B clients Monitor campaign performance and optimise messaging for better results Manage outreach sequences using industry-leading automation tools Engage with prospects and manage responses Create reports on campaign performance Support client communication and success Help improve our processes and contribute ideas

What You'll Learn:

How to use professional B2B tools (Apollo, Clay, Instantly, Smartlead, HeyReach) B2B sales and marketing strategies Data analysis and campaign optimisation Client relationship management Valuable skills in the high-demand field of B2B growth

We're Looking For Someone With:

Excellent written English and attention to detail Basic computer skills and confidence in learning new software Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks Genuine interest in digital marketing and B2B sales Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to work independently once trained

No prior B2B experience needed - we'll teach you everything!

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From 12.21 per hour
