High Ticket Sales Closer - Coffee Equipment (Bournemouth Office)

30-40k base + uncapped commission | OTE 75k+

We help UK businesses sell better coffee. And we need someone who can close deals.

You'll be selling real, physical coffee machines that businesses actually want and use every day. Equipment that makes them money and keeps their customers happy.

All leads are warm and inbound.

What you'll be doing:

You'll run 8-10 calls a day with business owners from hospitality venues, golf clubs, offices, and more. Your job is to understand what they need, educate them on the right solution, and guide them to a decision. Most deals involve lease or finance options, so you'll need to explain those clearly.

You'll manage your own calendar, track your deals, and own the entire sales process from first call to close.

What we're looking for:

Someone who's done this before. You've closed high-ticket or B2B deals, you handle objections without breaking a sweat, and you're comfortable leading video calls.

You don't need a manager breathing down your neck to hit your numbers. You know how to work a CRM, stay organised, and close deals consistently.

Most importantly: you're motivated by money and you're good at making it.

What's in it for you:

Real earning potential. 30-40k base depending on experience, with an OTE of 75k+ for closers who perform. No cap on commission.

You'll work with a straightforward product that solves real problems. Customers want it, and they're coming to you. Your job is just to close them.

Office-based in Bournemouth town centre. Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm.
