B2B Sales Order Processor/Sales Support
Time Systems UK Ltd are seeking a full time Sales Support Co-Ordinator to join our friendly team.
We need someone who is organised, can multi task, and has good attention to detail .
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES;
Sales order processing and providing quotations.
Provide sales advice to prospective clients.
Provide administration support to team members.
Goods in processing.
Database processing and updating.
Dealing with sales calls via telephone, teams, emails.
EXPERIENCE;
Previous B2B Sales Processing/Administration experience.
Responsive and efficient with strong communication skills and a good telephone manner.
Strong attention to detail and administration skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel & Word)
Knowledge of Sage (preferred but not essential)
Ability to problem solve, identifying a client's needs and respond accordingly
Self-starter who can motivate themselves and is able to multi-task.
