The Role:
We're on the lookout for an experienced B2B Sales Manager with a strong background in the FMCG sector. In this role, you'll be responsible for introducing our products to both retail and wholesale accounts, driving new business opportunities. You'll also build and lead a high-performing sales team, providing training and guidance to help them achieve outstanding results. Additionally, you'll implement and manage an effective CRM system to streamline our sales processes.
Essentials:
Experience working in B2B sales management
Familiarity with the FMCG sector
Ability to create high-performing teams
Proven track record of successful gap analysis
Able to analyse metrics to produce KPIs
Sector experience (vape/e-liquid/FMCG)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 28,000.00-45,000.00 per year
