Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities across key sectors.
Manage and grow existing client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
Prepare and present compelling proposals and quotations tailored to client requirements.
Attend client meetings, networking events, and local business expos to promote our services.
Collaborate with the design and production teams to deliver seamless, high-quality solutions.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Keep accurate records of all sales activity using the centre's CRM system.
What We're Looking For
Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally in print, design, marketing, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Confidence in calling, networking, and closing deals.
Ability to understand client needs and translate them into effective solutions.
Self-motivated, organised, and results-focused.
Familiarity with CRM software and basic sales reporting.
