Benjamin Button is a fast-growing UK brand in the health and beauty space, known for high-performing collagen products and skincare lines. We sell across the UK and EU and are now scaling B2B partnerships with pharmacies, wholesalers, and retailers.
Role Overview:
We're looking for a results-driven B2B Sales Executive (full-time or part-time) to lead outreach, win new accounts, and help scale revenue through retail and pharmacy partnerships. You'll be joining a small, entrepreneurial team with strong brand traction and the ability to move fast.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a B2B sales strategy targeting pharmacies, health shops, and retail distributors.
Manage the entire sales funnel: lead gen, outreach, pitching, negotiation, and closing.
Build long-term relationships and become the point of contact for trade accounts.
Report weekly on pipeline, performance, and learning for continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For:
Minimum 3 years' experience in B2B sales
, selling into
retail, pharmacy, or health & beauty or FMCG sectors.
Proven track record of
closing new accounts and managing trade relationships independently
Confident with
cold outreach
, lead gener - In the UK, ation, and navigating multi-step buyer journeys
Strong communicator with the ability to pitch and negotiate with retail buyers and pharmacy chains
Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
