Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Learning and Development Manager / Trainer to join our growing team in Kirkstall, Leeds. This role is ideal for someone passionate about delivering impactful, practical training particularly within B2B sales and appointment setting.

Key Responsibilities: o Design, deliver and evaluate engaging training programmes focused on B2B sales and appointment setting o Lead classroom-style training sessions for both new hires and existing sales staff o Provide ongoing coaching and development to enhance team performance and drive results o Collaborate with management to identify evolving training needs and adapt content accordingly o Track and report on training effectiveness, progress, and performance improvement o Continuously update training materials in line with market trends, company goals, and best practices o Lead by example--confidently jumping on calls when needed and demonstrating frontline sales techniques

Essential Skills and Requirements: o At least 1 year of experience delivering training to large teams, ideally within a sales or call centre environment o A strong background in B2B sales, telesales, or appointment setting, with a clear understanding of sales psychology o Must be confident in teaching and applying permission-based openers and the modern approach to cold calling o Not afraid to lead from the front - happy to jump on the phones and demonstrate what good looks like o Able to train others in the psychology of buyer engagement and objection handling o A proactive self-starter who isn't afraid to lead from the front and demonstrate best practice live o Excellent communication, presentation, and coaching skills o Well-organised, highly driven, and based within commuting distance of LS4, Kirkstall ________________________________________
