Wholesale B2B - Interior Products (Acoustic Panels)



Location: London

Hybrid Working - 3 days in office (flexibility for client meetings/travel)

Salary: 40,000-50,000 base (based upon experience) + uncapped commission

Type: Full Time (Part Time can be considered; figures herein are on Full Time basis)

About the Role



We are seeking a commercially sharp, driven and well-connected Sales/Business Development Lead to lead wholesale B2B sales for our premium acoustic panels. This is a rare opportunity to join a new business with ambitious growth plans -- and grow as we scale. You'll work directly with the two director-owners to build a business you can be proud of.

The role will suit someone with a good network of distributors, merchants and large retailers as well as architects with a focus on large commercial projects. We sell in volume, and our aim is to build long-term relationships with trade partners.

(Future expansion into other premium architectural brands and related product categories is planned.)

Key Responsibilities



Sales Strategy & Execution (Core Focus):



Develop and execute UK wholesale and distribution B2B sales strategy for akustikplus

Build, manage and foster long-term relationships with a pipeline of distributors, large retailers, merchants and building materials partners, as well as relevant architects, interior designers and acoustics professionals

Actively develop leads, follow up, quote, negotiate, and close sales

Represent the brand at trade shows, events, and client meetings

Establish CRM activity, processes and pipeline management

Provide market feedback, monitor competitor activity and identify marketing opportunities to support sales and inform product development

Work with the directors to align sales goals with brand and marketing strategy

Marketing & Trade Support (Early-Stage Contribution):



Support the development of high-quality sales tools -- brochures, datasheets, case studies, samples

Assist with coordination for trade shows, distributor activations, and marketing partnerships

Help shape core brand messaging and product positioning for the UK market

Business Building:



Play a role in setting up our London showroom/office

Maintain clear, consistent communication with the directors and help shape company culture

Contribute to business planning and long-term growth strategy

About You



Essential:



5+ years of wholesale B2B sales experience in interior or architectural products (e.g. flooring, wall coverings, tiles, decorative panels, or related materials)

Strong commercial acumen and a track record of delivering results in volume-based sales

Existing contacts in procurement teams at major trade partners and retailers

Proven ability to open doors, drive commercial conversations and close B2B deals

Comfortable working independently in an early-stage, entrepreneurial environment

Highly Desired:



Previous experience in launching or scaling a new product into trade/distribution markets

Hands-on marketing or product positioning experience

Startup/scale-up mindset - thrives in an open, high-ownership culture
