Description and Requirements
We're looking for a passionate and enthusiastic leader to drive our tablet business.
Key Responsibilities for this role include the following:
1. Sales Strategy & Business Development
Support the implementation and execution of the tablet business strategy across UK.
Develop and implement initiatives to increase revenue and market share for tablets, collaborating with marketing, Channel and end user sales teams.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities by understanding customer needs and market trends.
2. Customer & Account Management
Build and maintain strategic relationships with the UKI channel, and key enterprise customers.
Adding value to the wider Lenovo Channel and end user sales teams, lead product presentations to drive customer engagement and adoption.
3. Performance Monitoring & Market Analysis
Participate in the development of sales forecasts in collaboration with Demand Planning and Supply Chain teams.
Track product adoption and assess competitive positioning to identify gaps and opportunities alongside 4P.
4. Operational & Cross-functional Support
Participate in cadence meetings with local and regional stakeholders to ensure alignment on execution and KPIs.
Assist in managing promotional budgets and pricing strategies to improve competitiveness and accelerate tablet adoption.
5. Sales Enablement & Reporting
Track and maintain a robust pipeline of sales opportunities using CRM tools.
Report regularly on forecast accuracy, sales progress, and key account developments.
Provide business insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership based on quantitative and qualitative inputs.
Key Requirements:

Have experience in B2B sales, business development, or channel management--ideally in mobile, tablet, or Telco sectors.
Demonstrate strong analytical skills to interpret data and inform decisions.
Proven success in launching sales initiatives and managing large accounts.
Excellent oral and written communication skills in [Local Language].
Good presentation skills and experience in presenting to larger groups.

Build / enhance business plan for tablet growth in UKI
Identify target industries / propensity to buy - linking to EMEA messaging / planning
UKI campaign planning - aligned with marketing
Drive sales through Channel Partner breadth
Quantitative
Deliver revenue and unit sales target objectives in line with the business management plan, outlined for each financial year, and targeted quarterly.
Grow Lenovo end user and channel tablet pipeline by agreed metrics set out in KPIs
