motivated B2C Claims Advisors

What You'll Do

Outbound Engagement:

Contact potential customers via phone, email, and social media to explain claim opportunities and eligibility.

Inbound Handling:

Respond to incoming inquiries, provide clear information, and convert interest into active claims.

Consultative Selling:

Understand each customer's situation and present tailored solutions to maximize claim success.

Pipeline Management:

Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and manage leads through the claims process.

Negotiation & Closing:

Address objections, build trust, and secure agreements to meet monthly targets.

Collaboration:

Work closely with marketing and compliance teams to ensure messaging and processes are aligned.

No previous experience required
