Position Overview:

Imagine a job where your mission is to make babies' faces light up with wonder! As our Baby Whisperer, you'll be the maestro of the curious, creating a haven of laughter and discovery for our tiny tots aged 3 months to 2 years. If you've got a Level 2 or 3 qualification in Early Years and a heart that beats to the rhythm of play, you might just be the superhero we need!

Key Responsibilities:

Craft a magical space where babies feel snug as bugs in a rug.

Dive into the world of the curiosity approach - let play be the guide!

Dream up activities that spark little imaginations and keep them on their tiny toes.

Become the baby's best friend and a confidant for the parents, too!

Cook up observations and assessments like a pro, all while wearing your superhero cape.

Qualifications and Experience:

Level 2 or 3 qualification in Early Years (because being a wizard is no small feat).

Previous baby-whispering experience in an Early Years wonderland.

Skills and Attributes:

Speak baby language fluently? Double-check.
