As our nursery continues to expand, we're excited to offer a new opportunity in our

Baby Room

for a passionate and caring practitioner. This is a

term-time only

position, perfect for someone looking to make a real difference in the early lives of children in a warm and supportive setting.

Responsibilities:

Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for babies aged 0-2 years Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities that support early development Provide responsive, high-quality care, meeting each child's individual physical, emotional, and social needs Build strong bonds with babies and support secure attachments Work closely with parents, sharing regular updates on their child's progress and wellbeing Maintain a clean, calm, and well-organized baby room Follow all safeguarding, health, and safety procedures Collaborate with a dedicated team of early years professionals

Qualifications & Experience:

A

minimum Level 3 qualification

in Early Years or Childcare Experience working with babies or young children in a childcare setting A solid understanding of early childhood development and care routines Strong communication and teamwork skills A nurturing nature, patience, and a genuine love for working with babies
