We are currently seeking a warm, caring, and experienced

Baby Room Practitioner

to join our friendly team at Riverside Day Nursery. If you're passionate about providing outstanding care and early education for babies aged 0-2 years, we'd love to hear from you!

Requirements:

Level 3 Early Years Qualification

(or equivalent) - essential*

Previous experience working in a Baby Room

- essential*
A nurturing, patient, and responsive approach Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and safeguarding procedures Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Your Role Will Include:

Creating a safe, stimulating, and caring environment for babies Building strong, trusting relationships with children and their families Supporting babies' physical, emotional, and developmental needs Observing and recording progress, planning engaging activities accordingly Working collaboratively with other team members and professionals
