Summary

We are seeking a Room Manager to join our team at Bright Swans Day Nursery. In this role, you will be instrumental in the daily operations of the nursery, ensuring that our high standards of care and education are met while fostering positive relationships among parents, staff, and children.

Responsibilities

Oversee the daily operations of the assigned room, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for children. Implement and adhere to nursery policies and procedures in all aspects of care and education. Lead and support staff in delivering high-quality early childhood education. Foster strong relationships with parents through effective communication and engagement. Plan and organize activities that promote children's development across various domains. Monitor children's progress and maintain accurate records of their development.

Requirements

Proven experience in childcare or early childhood education settings. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively. Excellent communication skills to engage with children, parents, and staff. Knowledge of early years frameworks and best practices in childcare. A relevant qualification in childcare or education is preferred.

Pay: 12.40-12.70 per hour
