Provide a safe and nurturing environment for babies in the nursery
Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and curriculum
Supervise and engage with children during playtime, meals, and naptime
Monitor and ensure the well-being and safety of all children in the nursery
Collaborate with parents and communicate regularly about their child's progress
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the nursery space
Qualifications:
Preferably Montessori diploma.
Minimum of a level 2 in Early Years.
Previous experience working with babies in a childcare setting
Knowledge of child development and age-appropriate activities
Strong communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with others
Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with children
