Baby Room Supervisor
Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join our team as the Supervisor of baby room looking after little ones between 0 and 2 years. We are looking for a passionate Level 3 Early Years professional, who is dedicated to providing exceptional care and education to our children.
The Room Supervisor will be responsible for the team of baby room staff and the children within that room, ensuring their daily needs and development are planned for and encouraged. You will be responsible for carrying out observations in line with our In the Moment Planning approach and supporting the development of these busy and active children each day.
Level 3 or above in Children's Care, Learning and Development or equivalent is required
Room supervisor experience is desirable but not essential. Applicant should have at least 2 years paid experience working within a day care setting.
This is a 4 day per week position.
