Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Babysitter/Bank staff to provide exceptional care for children in a nurturing environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety, well-being, and development of children while engaging them in educational and fun activities. This role requires a proactive individual who can foster a positive atmosphere and support the family's needs, in their family home.

Responsibilities

Supervise and ensure the safety of children at all times. Assist with homework and educational tasks, encouraging a love for learning. Prepare meals and snacks, ensuring dietary requirements are met. Maintain a clean and organised environment, including tidying up after activities. Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress and any concerns.

Skills

Proficient in English. Experience in childcare, babysitting or nannying, demonstrating a strong understanding of child development. Ability to teach basic skills and concepts through engaging activities. Valid driving licence with a clean driving record. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and parents alike. Excellent organisational skills to manage daily schedules effectively. A caring attitude, patience, and the ability to handle challenging situations calmly.
