We are seeking dedicated and passionate Nursery Bank Staff to join our team. This role is essential in providing high-quality care and support to children in a nursery setting. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a background in early childhood education, and the ability to effectively communicate with both children and parents. You will play a vital role in creating a nurturing environment that promotes the development and well-being of all children.
Duties
Supervise and engage with children during playtime and educational activities.
Assist in planning and implementing age-appropriate programmes that foster learning and development.
Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating environment for all children.
Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns.
Support the management team in maintaining nursery standards and policies.
Cover staff breaks at meal times, promoting healthy eating for all children
Requirements
Previous experience working with children in a nursery or childcare setting is essential.
A qualification in Early Childhood Education or related field is preferred.
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development.
Flexibility to adapt to changing situations within the nursery environment.
