The Role

In this program, you will receive tailored training, mentorship, and networking opportunities designed to facilitate your smooth transition back into the workforce. You will collaborate closely with our onshore/nearshore teams and clients, innovating and addressing the most substantial technological problems in the banking and financial sector.

Requirements

We are seeking individuals who meet the following criteria:

  • A career break of 5 years or more
  • Able to commit to Full time work, working 2 days a week from our London office
  • Background in financial or professional services
  • Proficiency in verbal and written communication
  • A genuine passion and/or experience in technology
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
Nice to have:
  • A bachelor\'s degree in a STEM subject, including accounting, finance, and economics
  • Relevant professional certifications or qualifications in finance or technology
