We are currently looking to recruit a Backshift Warehouse Supervisor to ensure that the receiving, storage, picking and loading of stock is efficient and timely managed and ensure all areas of the warehouse are managed as expected and will be required to undertake other duties such as staffing and process management. Alongside this delivering goods safety and on time for our customers.


The hours of work will be between 15:30 00:30



What you'll bring

An experienced people supervisor with a proven track record of developing and maintaining new and existing systems. Knowledge of best practice within operations and successful Operations experience supervising teams covering all aspects of warehouse operation Customer focus with a commercially aware ability to meet bottom line demands. A high achiever who likes to work to demanding goals and targets Able to demonstrate leadership, excellent communication and professional level interpersonal skills Good organisational skills FLT license essential
