Job Description
We're looking for a reliable and flexible baker to join the team at Lothian Bakery, a well-established family-run business delivering fresh rolls, scones, and cakes across the Lothians.
This role covers a key position in our roll bakery, and offers a varied working week combining bread production, scone baking, and support with our wholesale cake orders. Full training will be given.

What You'll Be Doing:
Preparing doughs for morning rolls Baking scones and other bakery products Helping pack cake baskets for wholesale customers Carrying out a short cake delivery run once a week (local area) Supporting general bakery tasks as needed
What We're Looking For:
Some baking experience preferred Good timekeeping and attention to detail Flexibility to switch between tasks and work within a small team Driving licence (required for deliveries) Over 30 for van insurance. Hygienic, clean and tidy person.
