Job Description

We are looking for a talented, forward-thinking Baker to join our team. In this role you will work as part of a kitchen team to execute and deliver a range of products including fresh breads & patisserie items, in a large-scale format to our customer base.

The Role

Preparing and baking different breads, sourdough, tray bakes, sponges and rolls. Ensure the smooth-running of your part of the production process, working closely with your team. Assisting senior chefs where required in creating new products with current trends. Ensure company production unit guidelines are followed. Ensure cleanliness of production equipment and production area. Accurately and correctly prepare ingredients. Ensure efficiency in the work you carry out, keeping organised and maintaining our high standards of production. Carry out any other duties reasonably requested by a member of the Management Team.

The Person

A minimum of 2 years' experience.

Knowledge and experience of working within a food production unit would be advantageous but not essential, full training will be given

A friendly and approachable manner

Ability to work in a team & unsupervised

Flexibility in terms of working patterns

Own transport.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 13.00-14.50 per hour
