Petit Four Patisserie, a Cardiff-based patisserie & bakery, is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Baker to join our passionate team. If you have a proven expertise in viennoiserie and laminated doughs and are driven by a love for creating exceptional pastries, we want to hear from you!
About the Role:
As our Baker, you will play a key role in crafting our delectable range of viennoiserie and other baked goods. You will be responsible for producing high-quality products, maintaining our standards of excellence, and contributing your creative flair to our offerings. This is a full-time position, working approximately 40 hours per week.
Responsibilities:
Preparing and baking a variety of viennoiserie, including croissants, pain au chocolat, danishes, and other laminated dough products to the highest standards.
Accurately following recipes and production schedules.
Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Ensuring all baked goods meet our quality and presentation standards.
Contributing to the development of new and exciting pastry creations.
Working efficiently and effectively as part of a team.
About You:
You have demonstrable experience as a baker, with a strong focus on viennoiserie and laminated dough techniques.
You possess a genuine passion for baking and a commitment to quality.
You are a motivated and driven individual with a proactive approach to your work.
You are creative and enjoy experimenting with flavors and techniques.
You are able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
You are reliable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic.
