Bliss House Cafe is getting ready to open its doors in Meadowbank, Edinburgh, and we're on the lookout for an experienced and passionate
baker
to join our family!We're searching for someone who truly loves baking and has a strong background in preparing a variety of pastries, breads, and sweet bakes. From rustic focaccia to delicate cakes, your creations will play a key role in shaping the identity of our new cafe.
What we're looking for:
Solid hands-on experience in a bakery or cafe setting
Confidence in producing consistent, high-quality products
Knowledge of proofing, baking, and handling fresh doughs and pastries
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and pride in presentation
Passion for food and creativity in the kitchen
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 13.00-13.50 per hour
