Job Description
We are looking to hire a full time qualified Baker/ Pastry Chef at our production unit in the heart of Ancoats, Manchester.
This is a full-time on-site role for an experienced baker at Express Chef Ltd in the Manchester Area, United Kingdom. You will be responsible for making all goods for example, sweet pastry and cakes and cheesecakes, along with many more. We are looking for a Baker / Pasty Chef with experience and a passion for the role. Also someone who is flexible and willing to adapt to the different needs of the role.
Hours
The job start time each day is 9.30am. Working days are Sunday to Friday with 2 (rotational) days off per week. No more than 48 hours per week.
Qualifications
- Previous experience working in a bakery or kitchen environment
- Proficient in food production, preparation, and baking techniques
- Knowledge of food safety practices
- Culinary qualifications or relevant certifications are advantageous but not essential
- Have the ability to work alone and keep your work station clean
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 11.44-15.00 per hour
