Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Baker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for baking and food preparation, with a keen interest in sourdough and a willingness to learn.

As a Baker, you will support in the baking and preparation of sourdough loaves, focaccia and sweet treats while ensuring adherence to food safety standards.

Shift pattern:

Tuesday to Saturday

Immediate start.

Duties

Assist in the preparation and baking of various sourdough products. Follow recipes and instructions accurately to ensure consistency in product quality. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, including equipment and utensils. Monitor stock levels of ingredients. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards at all times. Support with daily tasks to deliver customer orders on time.

Experience

Previous experience in a bakery environment Knowledge of food safety practices and allergy awareness Familiarity with food preparation and production processes Ability to be flexible And work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated. Must have a valid UK driver's licence & insurance
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 25 per week
