We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team, responsible for producing a variety of baked goods in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Responsibilities
Prepare and bake a wide range of products including bread, pastries, cakes, and cookies.
Ensure all baked goods meet quality standards in taste, appearance, and texture.
Follow recipes accurately while also being open to experimenting with new flavours and techniques.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen, adhering to food safety regulations at all times.
Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels of ingredients and supplies.
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely production and delivery of baked items.
Participate in training sessions on food preparation techniques and safety practices.
Experience
Previous experience in food production or as a baker is preferred but not essential; culinary training is an advantage.
Familiarity with restaurant kitchen operations and food safety standards is highly desirable.
Strong baking skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail in food preparation tasks.
A passion for cooking and baking, with a willingness to learn new techniques and recipes.
