Full driving licence

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Bakery Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will support both the production and customer service sides of the business, ensuring high standards are consistently maintained in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with the preparation and baking of products. Provide excellent customer service at the front of house. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the bakery. Carry out stock taking, rotation, and replenishment of supplies. Undertake occasional shopping or errands as required.

Requirements:

Flexibility to work during the day, evenings, and weekends. Full driving licence is preferred. Ability to work quickly, efficiently, and accurately under pressure. Strong motivation, reliability, and attention to detail. A positive attitude and willingness to support the wider team.
