We are looking for Deli/Bakery Assistant in our Southfields store.
Our stores are based across Peterborough, with a lively atmosphere and flexible working hours
People are at the heart of what we do. Our aim is to create a happy work environment for our teams which in turn will give our customers an excellent shopping experience.
We are looking for an energetic team player with a good sense of humor. Previous experience within the retail sector is preferred for this role, including providing excellent customer care, although training can be provided.
The ideal candidate will be a team player and willing to offer flexibility with working hours over 7 days where needed, including helping to cover team shifts and holiday cover.
JOB DESCRIPTION
:A Deli assistant should
performs support tasks to maintain the smooth flow of operations at deli shops
. Thier main responsibilities include Cooking, packing products, weighing and labeling, arranging products at shelves, and keeping items fresh in adherence to the health and safety standards.Previous food handling experience would be advantageous, however full training can be provided.Job Type: Part-time
Pay: 12.21 per hour
Experience:
Food preparation: 1 year (preferred) customer Service: 1 year (preferred)
