The candidate we are looking for, ideally are from a food manufacturing background, but not essential,

who can be flexible and enjoys a variety of tasks within a multi-disciplined, growing production department. The post is a joint role, manufacturing and quality control throughout the manufacturing process.

Temporary position leading to a permanent position.

Production operator, food manufacturing, North Evington, Leicester.

15-20 hours per week Monday -Thursday, Shift work 6.30/6.45am starts - flexibility and longer hours will be required during busy periods and longer shifts.

The duties will include: -

Operating manufacturing production line.

Quality control checks throughout the manufacturing process.

Packing - Ensuring quality standards are adhered to.

Monitoring and recording cold room temperatures.

Work and manage a stringent cleaning regime schedule.

Working with management to improve processes and productivity.

Regular stock taking, auditing of raw material and finished products.

Responsible for collecting data and reporting to manager on a range of data and information required.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Up to 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 25 per week
