We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Bakery Manager to oversee our bakery operations. Duties

Manage daily operations of the bakery, ensuring all products are prepared and presented to the highest standards. Supervise and train bakery staff, promoting teamwork and effective communication within the team. Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels to ensure smooth operations. Develop new recipes and improve existing ones, keeping up with industry trends to enhance our product offerings. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen area. Collaborate with other departments, such as hospitality and restaurant services, to create a cohesive customer experience. Assist in customer service efforts, addressing any concerns or feedback promptly and professionally.

Experience

Proven experience in a managerial role within a bakery or similar food production environment is essential. Strong background in culinary arts or hospitality management is highly desirable. Previous experience in team management is crucial; ability to motivate and lead a diverse team effectively. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in kitchen operations is required. Familiarity with bartending or restaurant operations can be advantageous but is not mandatory.
