What You'll Be Doing
Baking & Preparation
As our
Bakery Team Member (Pastry Focus)
, craft and perfect our signature souffle pancakes (full training provided to achieve the ideal fluffy texture).
Prepare and organise ingredients before service begins.
Monitor stock of toppings and replenish as needed.
Maintain high standards of service and ensure a clean, well-organised cafe environment.
Submit weekly operational reports to support continuous improvement.
Carry out opening and closing responsibilities.

Baking Knowledge required
Be able to work independently, repetitively and accurately
A genuine passion for baking and desserts, with enthusiasm for learning new techniques.
Customer-focused mindset with a friendly and approachable attitude.
