Cafe Supervisor - Full-Time (Permanent)

Location: Balgove Larder, St Andrews

Hours: Full-time including weekends. Very occasional evening work.

Balgove Larder is looking for a motivated and experienced Cafe Supervisor to help lead our cafe team. What You'll Be Doing:

Supervising day-to-day operations in the cafe

Leading by example to ensure high standards of customer service

Assisting with staff training, rotas, and shift supervision

Ensuring compliance with food hygiene and safety standards

Supporting ordering, stock rotation, and waste management

Helping to maintain a clean and welcoming cafe environment

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in a supervisory or senior front of house role

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Confidence in managing a team during busy service periods

A strong focus on customer service and attention to detail

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends

A passion for local food and high-quality service
