Job Description

We are currently recruiting a Bank Care Assistant for Morning and Afternoon shifts at Boughton Lodge Care Home, Kingsthorpe, Northampton.

As a Care Assistant, you will work in a team with all aspects of care within the home. You will provide high quality care to residents paying attention to their specific and individual needs. You will support during meal times, get involved in all activities provided by the home to promote our relationship centered care and have great attention to detail on health and safety measures thereby creating a safe and happy environment in the home.

Could you deputise in the absence of the Team Leader?

Are you someone who can lead a busy team of care staff?

Requirements for the position include excellent communication skills with the ability of communicating with people of all levels and needs, and being able to work well within a team and ensuring good practices exist.

All offers of employment are subject to 2 satisfactory references and an Enhanced DBS disclosure.
