As a Bank Care Staff member at Fast Falls Response LTD, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality home care to elderly individuals. This position is essential in ensuring that our clients receive the support they need to thrive physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Responsibilities

Assist elderly clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene and mobility support. Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to each client's unique needs. Administer medications and monitor clients' health conditions as required. Prepare meals that meet dietary requirements and preferences of clients. Provide companionship and engage clients in social activities to promote mental well-being. Document care provided and communicate effectively with healthcare professionals and family members. Assist with heavy lifting when necessary to ensure client safety.

Requirements

Proven experience in home care or elderly support services is preferred. Knowledge of medical terminology and care plans is essential. Ability to administer medication accurately and safely. Experience with dementia care is highly desirable. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and families. First aid certification is an advantage but not mandatory. Willingness to assist with heavy lifting as needed.
