Process new enquiries in accordance with local Standard Operating Protocols (SOPs) Provide accurate advice on CLCH policies and procedures verbally and in written format Accurately input data from electronic E Forms into the NHS ESR system relating to pay and changesto employees contractual terms and conditions Provide a first line level of support for all pay related queries Work closely with relevant departments to ensure that all queries are managed and escalatedappropriately and within service levels Undertake audits and surveys as requested Work with telephonic equipment and computer software used to support the Trust HR and HROperations Team
