8am - 8pm or 8pm-8am shifts

Key Responsibilities:



Deliver high-quality, person-centred care

Administer medication and carry out clinical procedures in line with best practices

Monitor and respond to residents' health and wellbeing

Maintain accurate care plans and documentation using digital systems

Collaborate with care staff to ensure consistent and compassionate care

Provide emotional support to residents and their families

Ensure compliance with all care home policies and regulations

Participate in effective handovers and communication across shifts



What We're Looking For:



A qualified nurse with a valid NMC PIN

A caring, empathetic, and professional attitude

Strong clinical and communication skills

Confidence working independently during night shifts

Previous experience in a care home setting is a plus, but not essential

A genuine passion for delivering outstanding care

Overtime is paid for working over fulltime hours. Free meals are given if working over an 8 hour shift and are subject to terms and conditions. Discounts are accessed using our 'Reward Me' app. Flexible pay is available via 'STREAM'.
