We have an exciting opportunity for a Bank Practice Nurse to join our team on a zero hour contract. This will be working on an as and when basis across all 6 of our surgeries. Salary is dependent on skills and experience.

The ideal candidate will be an RN who will work collaboratively with the whole general practice team to meet the needs of patients, whilst supporting the Lead Nurse in the delivery of policy and procedures and direction for the nursing team. The role requires you to possess high levels of professional clinical practice and will be able to deliver a range of services to patients including phlebotomy, wound care, cytology, ear irrigation and immunisations (adult and child).

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality patient care by assessing and monitoring patients' health status. Utilize knowledge of anatomy to deliver effective nursing interventions. Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans. Educate patients on health management and preventive care practices. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations. Ensure a safe and hygienic environment for patients and staff.
