Job Description

'Embrace Positive Change'

We are looking for caring, fun, highly motivated, adaptable people to join our team on a bank basis, providing cover when necessary.

The candidates must demonstrate an understanding towards vulnerable groups and aspire to make a difference. The role is diverse, rewarding and fun, alongside the opportunity of lifelong learning. We are looking to provide opportunities for people who would like to broaden their skills and experience within a social care environment.

You will be working with service users on a needs led basis and delivering specific support needs alongside the person's care plan. In general terms this will be supporting people with life skills, assisting with communication, mobility and personal care, helping people develop and attain a level of independence, and supporting people to be active citizens in their local community.

You will be helping people live life to the full; developing positive relationships with team members and those you support is a key part of your responsibilities. Everyone is an individual and the support you provide must align to this need. One day you may be helping a person with their finances and to shop, the next you may be supporting the person to a cinema, day trip or even a holiday.
