Additional hours rate 14.18 per hour

You are required to work at least one sleep-in per week paid at 60 per night.

Time and a half on Bank Holidays, Christmas and Easter

We are looking for an excellent Support Worker to work in our Mold service, working alongside colleagues to support 3 ladies in their own home who have learning disabilities, autism and Epilepsy. They enjoy a very busy and active lifestyle, and you will be supporting them in every aspect of this. This will be helping to prepare meals, doing everyday chores, attending activities and events in the community, meeting friends and family, visiting health professionals, and assisting with personal care.

We provide support 24 hours a day, 7 days per week. Shifts are a mixture of early, late, and waking nights, Full and Part time positions available.

You will need: Clear and confident communication skills, a 'can do' attitude and a willingness to assist people with what is important to them including personal care. The ability to remain calm under pressure, a genuine interest in helping people and good IT skills. Driving is also essential for this role.
