About The Role




We are looking for a Bank Training & Patient Safety Facilitator to join our team to deliver

provide flexible, sessional training support across the organisation

What you'll be doing



As our new Bank Training & Patient Safety Facilitator, some of your duties will include:



Deliver high-quality, evidence-based training aligned to PSIRF and Human Factors principles, ensuring sessions are engaging, practical and tailored to the audience. Support staff to understand and apply systems-based approaches to safety, moving away from blame and towards learning and improvement. Facilitate learning through a range of methods including workshops, group sessions, case-based discussions and reflective learning forums. Promote a non-judgemental, compassionate and inclusive learning environment, recognising the emotional impact of patient safety incidents on staff.

As our new

Bank Training & Patient Safety Facilitator

, you will:



Evidence of continuing professional development (CPD) related to patient safety, human factors, education or quality improvement. A relevant degree, qualification or equivalent experience, particularly in patient safety, human factors, healthcare education, quality improvement or systems thinking. Knowledge and practical experience of PSIRF, human factors, or learning from incidents within healthcare or similarly complex systems. An understanding of healthcare environments and the challenges faced by staff working in high-risk or constrained settings.
